Incapable of completing an order without some kind of issue. I’ve been waiting over three hours to find out instead of delivery the app glitched and put carry out . Now been outside over an hour waiting at 11pm. If you value your money or want the correct order then just don’t go here.
Not to mention, they must not change their gloves or their containers because every time a cheese pizza is ordered it has some kind of olive, onion or vegetable somewhere in the mix

Under-cooked, still raw, intentionally I think. I ordered 2 pan pizzas for their $2 deal, added one topping, did not tip (it was a $6.50 order picked up).
I should have made them show me the pizza in the box before leaving, the pepperoni was barely even cooked, it was still floppy and raw.
This leads me to believe that there is no way they didn't know their food is coming out under-cooked and are intentionally serving customers poorly cooked food.
After 5 years of not going to pizza hut, never going back here again for another 5.
Do not go to this place with the current staff, I would not trust them to make me dinner.

My family and I really enjoy eating in however today I wanted to eat something new at home. So I decided on trying Pizza Hut’s Individual Pizza with a Side. My Hut Box was great and filling. It was really hot when delivered and the fries were very crispy. That is impressive. I highly suggest that others try this Pizza Hut special as seen on the television. I also recommend the Pesto Pizza!

Overcooked nasty dried up mess stuck to the bottom of the box. What a waste of money, we can’t even eat this atrocity and poor excuse of a pizza. This location is terrible, this is why Pizza Hut is closing locations… serving trash like this.
