I originally called in to place the order and learned that my phone got transferred to a call center. The gentleman on the call was very unprofessional mumbled a lot and clearly didn’t get my order correctly. I went to this location to pick it up and they never received the order. Bryce was very apologetic, even though he didn’t need to be and created my order for me very quickly plus it was the freshest pizza and cheese sticks I’ve ever received at Pizza Hut! Bryce was very kind and professional.

I have mixed feeling about this Pizza Hut. The young lady at the front counter was outstanding, friendly, funny and good then things go wrong. The food was great, we had pizza and bread sticks. That being said, when we arrived our pizza was missing. When found they said a delivery man had taken it by mistake. We were told he was at the light a block away from the store. 10 to 15 minutes later he showed up. One of our two pizzas was not hot and the bread sticks looked like they had been upside down at some point. They handed them to us and thought we would take them. We said no and they made new ones. The food was great.

Absolutely horrible service. I simply ordered the same thing I order at every pizza hut which was a melt with just cheese and sausage in it. The rocket engineer behind the counter tells me they only come in 3 flavors, meat lovers and 2 more flavors. Had the $1 garlic parm boneless wings from a promo and I know the store made no money off the promo but they were absolutely amazing 💯will definitely be back!
