Everything is delicious. Though, I found the prices a little high. I remember when they started behind the gas station on SR 54, and the food was so delicious, and the prices were according to each dish. When I first ate at that little restaurant, it took me back to my abuela's (grandmother's) cooking. That is what made me love this place. As they have successfully grown, it seems like the prepared dishes have become more production based and have lost a little bit of the authentic flavor it used to have. I will continue to frequent the eateries, but I am a little disappointed at the loss of authentic cultural flavor I grew up with.

I ordered a sandwich pollo and the chicken is dry the attendant who was making my food ad to go to the back get a quarter leg that looked dry and Burnt. And had to stand there an peel the chicken from the bone. Wow you can tell the difference from when they first opened everything was so fresh and flavorful and not dry. Very disappointed. Would not return to this location again..

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment, today at 3pm. As a long-time customer who has supported your business since its early days—first at the food truck in Town & Country, then at the Rice and Beans location in Lutz (behind the gas station), and now at your newer location. However, my visit today left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and the sad part is that this is not the first time.
I ordered roasted chicken with rice, beans, and yuca, and unfortunately, several issues arose:
1. Temperature: The meal was served cold—almost to the point of being unappetizing.
2. Quality of the Chicken: The chicken was extremely dry and lacked flavor, with the skin appearing wrinkled, as if it had been reheated from the previous day.
3. Customer Service: When I raised these concerns with the attendant, the response was null, leaving me with no choice but to discard the meal, in other words money to the trash.
I had high hopes when your express location opened, but unfortunately, after this experience, I am unable to continue supporting either of your locations.
I understand that every business can have an off day, but this was beyond what I could overlook. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve both the quality of your food and the way customer concerns are handled. Wish you tons of LUCK!!

A Delightful Experience at Rice and Beans
I recently visited Rice and Beans and had an excellent dining experience. The staff was friendly and personable, adding a personal touch to the overall atmosphere. The veggie empanadas were a highlight, showcasing both delicious flavors and a commitment to quality ingredients. I highly recommend this restaurant for those who appreciate not only great food but also a warm and welcoming environment.
