A Delightful Experience at Rice and Beans
I recently visited Rice and Beans and had an excellent dining experience. The staff was friendly and personable, adding a personal touch to the overall atmosphere. The veggie empanadas were a highlight, showcasing both delicious flavors and a commitment to quality ingredients. I highly recommend this restaurant for those who appreciate not only great food but also a warm and welcoming environment.

Ordered the special of the day which happened to be pollo guisado. Keep in mind pollo guisado should have been the main entree. I got nothing but rice and maduros. After $16 I am to say the least disappointed in the amount of poultry provided. This is highway robbery, I am highly dissatisfied with Rice n beans. It would be as bad if you didn't include the bones that take up the space.

First time to go order. I ordered the 2 rotisserie chicken family meal, a chicken sandwich, and 2 empanadas. About $75 purchase. Service was great, locating was easy, plenty of parking, seating to eat in was plenty but ... rotisserie chicken was so salty, overseasoned (to the poibt hours later still tasting salty) and dry. Perhaps it was sitting in the warmer too long, and the yuca was also dry and hard in the center (around the stem). As for the rice, it was great! Can't say I would return again, but surely gave it a shot.

1st time experience and we are very pleased! Bright, clean, friendly staff. Great food definitely a go-to place for dinner on the go instead of fast food drive thru.

We had pork, yellow rice, black beans, and plantains. Everything was very delicious. Staff was extremely friendly! Can't wait to come back and try the other menu items that looked so good.
Small seating area (which we used) but great for takeout. They have daily specials.. closed on Mondays.
