I found my new Spanish restaurant! Usually I have to drive all the way to Tampa to find good Spanish food, but I decided to give Salsabor food truck a try and I am officially hooked. The fried chuleta was perfectly seasoned and crispy, and the beans were out of this world. Everything tasted homemade and full of flavor. I will definitely be back!

Super delicious to be able to find the place you need to drive behind the yellow smoke shop

Went there with my husband for the first time to try it because I saw so many good reviews and we were not disappointed. Our food came out perfect that “Trifongo” was so tasty. We order an “Empanadilla de pionono” and wow we loved it for us it was the first time trying that. I have to mention that we are from Puerto Rico so our expectations are very high when it comes to puertorican food. The service for us was very good since when we got there the restaurant was empty but I noticed that when more people started to arrive the server was in a rush and wasn’t able to give the same level of service to the other people there. One family left after waiting to be greeted at their table for a couple of minutes.
In conclusion it’s a good restaurant, good prices (I read that someone found it expensive), kind staff, nice ambience and tasty puertorican food.

Being a native from Puerto Rico, a traveling musician and an avid foodie, my criticism of Puerto Rican restaurants is extremely harsh. This place is BY FAR one of the best that I have ever tasted! Everything is fresh, crispy, juicy, and excitingly presented!
The mofongo was out of this world, the rice and chickpeas (arroz con gandules) were amazing and the moist, the sandwiches were crispy and juicy on the inside. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and never frozen. The alcapurrias, which usually are underwhelming, were TOP NOTCH!!!
Love the decor and the ambient music. The only thing I could criticize about this place is the lighting, very difficult to see the beautiful dishes.

This place is very good they have amazing authentic Puerto Rican food and they also have it at good prices. The food was wonderful and I will definitely go there again and I definitely recommend this for people who want to eat Puerto Rican food that is fresh. The waitress was very nice and polite and did a wonderful job.
