Was looking for a nice piece of pizza. So drove from seffner. Ordered a cheese slice.. was very disappointed at the pizza. It tasted like it was a frozen pie. Dry terrible sauce n the cheese was very dry.

They should be ashamed for advertising that it's a ny pizza.
Absolutely no way not even close. ..
Maybe the pictures but not at the counter.

Taste is ok.
Service is slow. By the time, they heat up and give the pizza it gets cold because of queue at billing.
Needs improvement.

It’s a beautiful thing to see a fresh pizza made right in front of you AT A MALL FOOD COURT! Fantastic fresh pizza at a great value. Friendly staff, clean open kitchen, and tasty pizza. What else could you ask for??

I always loved Sbarro more than any other pizza I've ever had, 5 stars forever! I would drive far out of my way for a slice.

They will give you the cold and dry pizza even if they baked a new fresh hot pizza…
No timeframes to remove old pizza and place the new one
