Seven Springs Souvlaki was exactly what I had been searching for. The customer service we received from Maria and her husband (who is also the cook) was truly 10/10—warm, friendly, and full of great recommendations.
They offer traditional Greek dishes with generous portions, a refreshing change from the typical chain restaurants I’ve visited. My family and I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we walked in, and it’s easy to see how they’ve stayed in business for 21 years.
We enjoyed everything so much that I almost forgot to take photos—we jumped right in and started eating! I’m already looking forward to coming back and working my way through more of the menu.

Please note, the photo I took does not do this amazing food any justice. First and foremost Angelo and Maria are beautiful souls who welcome you with warm smiles and in the personalities are truly authentic and they make you feel like your family.
The restaurant is nice and cozy, and you can tell everyone who eats there is comfortable with the owners. This stands out to me the most.
The food is amazing! I love their gyro in rice pilaf, and I look forward to trying the rest of their menu. Please please please please please please get their baklava cheesecake. You will not regret getting this desert, and I wish I would have gotten more of this desert LOL.
Give this place a try, you won't regret it. 🌹🙏🏿💯

Great little hidden gem! The food was delicious, the restaurant was especially clean and well kept and the kind folks that run it were helpful and sweet, definitely a must try!

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in New Port Richey! My family has been coming here since they opened. They have the best Greek food in town! Maria and Vangelis make you feel at home from the minute you walk in the door. You are greeted with a warm hello and great conversation. The food is delicious! My favorite is the Vangelis Shrimp and the Chicken and Spinach entree.

So sad to see and witness a struggling business . This place used to be great and now nothing tasted like it did and doesn’t seem to be made from scratch . People/owners are nice but they are struggling and we feel the chef has given up on quality and cutting corners .👎
