YUM
1st visit. Location is convenient and food was good. Atmosphere is awesome!
Chicken sandwich club was pretty good. I liked the fries. Many drink selections including iced-tea, lemonade, etc. I like that they have Heinz ketchup in the table vs just offering packets.
I would eat here again. The sandwich overall was good… it’s really hard to compare it to other spots, but the best was I could sum it up was was “good.”
I purchased a gift card for someone during the holidays. They have a bonus that you will receive an additional gift card as long as you use it by a certain date.
I suggest you give this place a try and leave a review to help others.

Ate here for lunch for the first time. Used the drive-through, service was quick and efficient. I ordered the tenders received 2 dipping sauces came with french fries and their garlic bread. Total cost was only $12. Large portions, hot and fresh. Highly recommend.

We sat outside and enjoyed our meals. The food came out pretty quickly. They have a drive thru, so technically, it's fast food, but it was very delicious, and you don't get the fast food feeling when you sit down to eat. We tried one of their deserts in a jar, and although I found it a little pricey for the size, it was tasty!
I recommend this place and encourage you to try it for yourselves!

Wesley Chapel, FL. Camden told us, “It’s a little like Chick-fil-A but with more spices. And they have really good tea.”
So we came here for dinner. It was clean, with guitars on the wall (because Slim Pickens was a guitarist, and Slim Pickins is a band, I guess). The company was founded in Texas and offers good wings, chicken tenders, grilled chicken, a chicken salad, four flavors of iced tea, brownies, and dessert in a clear Solo-type cup.
They had a good chicken salad with your choice of cut-up crispy or grilled chicken; really good French-fried onions; finely diced tomatoes; shredded cheese; shredded carrots and dressings. You get two dressings!
Their ranch dressing tasted homemade! The low-cal Italian was a packet of Ken’s dressing.
Steve got a bacon, tomato and crispy chicken sandwich with fries. They were both good. He detected a garlic flavor to the sandwich.
In addition to unsweetened and sweet tea, they had raspberry and peach tea, too. Plus a fountain soda dispenser.
Rhonda did well as our server and everything came out quickly. I’d come here again if we’re in the area.

Slim Chickens is the first cousin of Huey Magoos! Very similar and worth every penny. Their logo is missing a Tommy gun because they’re fire! I loved the dessert jars and they are super cute. The okra was spot on and the tenders were juicy.
