I’m really disappointed. I ordered the “Chocolate Chunk Blast,” expecting a chocolate-filled treat, but what I got was just a vanilla shake. I even paid extra for an additional chocolate topping, hoping for more chocolate flavor. When I politely asked the staff to double-check and add some chocolate, I was told that they had already added the chocolate chunks. However, the shake remained vanilla all the way through, even after I scooped down to the bottom.
The only solution offered was for me to purchase more chocolate or brownies, but unfortunately, the manager declined to do anything further. As a regular customer, I expected better service and quality, especially for something as simple as a chocolate shake. If you’re a chocolate lover, I’d recommend trying another place. This was not what I expected when I ordered a “Chocolate Chunk” treat
Update: went to Culver’s right down the road and got a Chocolate concrete with Oreo. Less money and actually full of chunks and chocolate 🤷🏽♀️

I've been coming to sonic since I was little and I always get the same thing to drink which is a strawberry limeade. Tonight me and my boyfriend ordered 2 and something wasnt right.We politely let them know something might be wrong with their soda machine because it tasted like only carbonated water and strawberries like an even more bland la croix or something,but they argued and said nothing was wrong with it.The manager did say she would remake it or get us something else and she was very nice about it which I do appreciate. So they made another one but it still tasted like pure water.So I'm giving 2 stars because I feel like our concerns were dismissed but they did make it right by offering something else but I still feel like they need to actually acknowledge and fix the problem.

The food was good. The foot long chili dog was good. The double cheeseburger with bacon was great. The popcorn chicken was crispy. The random people dealing drugs outside the Little Ceasars on the side of the building was a downgrade on Armoshere. 3 stars for services as they need more people to bring out the food as it was really slow. But the person bringing out the food was super nice.

The food is good but that's about it. With a name like sonic, and a business in the fast food industry, you would expect the food to be quick. Only person in line, took about 15 minutes to get one meal to the window.

I have continued to come here despite my negative review, however the speed of the kitchen has not altered at all. I timed my visit from when I pulled up to the speaker to when I left the window with my food. With one person in front of me, it took nearly 18 minutes to get through the drive thru. Please note, there were only two other vehicles in the drive up speakers area.

Ordered food from Uber eats. Everything i asked for in my order was included and it was yummy. Even at 1155pm at night on a Friday. Wanted to give staff their kudos. People are so quick to complain when something is wrong, and I wanted to appreciate the great service tonight!
