Corporate is completely out of their mind with these prices and quality. It was my mistake trying their food again. $30 down the drain for two orders of over salted and cheap frozen chicken tenders. Asked for fries and got floppy fried pickles instead?? If they’re going to charge sit down restaurant prices they could at least make the food taste halfway decent. Fast food at this quality has no business being this expensive. Never getting their food again.

My daughter wanted to try their blackout eclipse slushy so we went through the drive thru.
Placed our order and waited a very long time for the drink to come out with only one car in front of us. We were about to leave when it came out.
On the plus side, the carhop was friendly and the drink was good!

We placed our order and waited over 15 minutes for chicken tenders and a burger. We were about to cancel our order. Lexie the Server helped us and she was very nice. After she checked we finally got the order. The chicken tenders were overcooked, the fries were crispy and tasted of old oil, the cheeseburger was cold, cheese wasn't even melted. The hot fudge Sunday, Peanuts were stale. Horrible wait times for Horrible food. We will never visit here again.

Hadn't been in a long time, so my son and I gave it a try. Food took a long time to come out because it was being made "fresh." Their onion rings taste like they are battered in French toast batter, not enjoyable. Not sure what the burgers are composed of, but it didn't look like 100% ground beef and it barely warm, my cheese wasn't even melted! Fries were good and my son enjoyed his slushy.

Pulled into Sonic today, greeted delightfully by Amber. Before ordering I asked to confirm Apple Pay was accepted, avid Apple Pay user here, Amber advised AP was not accepted in the drive through, but available on the App. She offered me to pull into a stall and download the app, offering me assistance with downloading and ordering. She came out to the stall to check on me to see if I needed any assistance and was sweet enough to give me 2 toys for my kids. Amber has stellar customer service skills. She is an exemplary team member of the Wesley Chapel Sonic. Hope to see her in a management position in the near future if she isn’t already. Thanks Amber!
