I really wish when I ask for a large latte I actually get a large latte and not 2/3 of a cup. $6 plus for not full cup of coffee is annoying. This was the 3rd time, either 2/3 full or that the milk was soooooo hot it burnt the roof of my mouth and tongue. I called it in, so they could calibrate the machine because that was painful. So, I no longer go to this location. Sad really as I’m in the area 6 times a week and I used to enjoy my drink for the drive home. Just train people to make the lattes the size people order and the correct temperature. If I bought a small, would I only get a mouthful of coffee. It’s quite ridiculous too that I have to ask for sleeves and stoppers each time. The coffee is hot therefore sleeves should be given already.

I just went there the drive through to get my drink and the app automatically selected it as pick up not drive thru and the person on the speaker said ma'am next time change it to drive thru we cant be doing this youll have to come inside. I dont under The point of getting an attitude with a costumer thats a regular over that instead of just grabbing it and saying hey i think you might of placed it for inside on accident instead of drive through let me look ! Ive never had a issue whoever that man is needs to be taught how to speak to costumers.

Drinks are never correct. Always short on the correct amount of espresso shots. It’s like drinking pure ice milk. I ask for cinnamon powder every time and very rarely is there ever cinnamon in my drink. There are to many other coffee places that are just as good if not better for less expensive. I’m done trying with this location.

Lowkey Starbucks experience has been more and more disappointing each time. Today at 3pm I came in to pick up my online order, nothing crazy, two drinks and a sandwich, the guy Dylan literally had his hat pulled so low on his eyes he had to tilt his head up to look at someone, no joke. Waited so long that even other employees were asking what was I waiting for, I was waiting for my grilled cheese sourdough sandwich which turns out the girl that was making it put mine and someone’s orders to another person’s pick up order, like how hard is it to read a name on the order. Not to mention they were taking their sweet time with everything. Also watch out for your cars that road next to Starbucks has cones EVERYWHERE and the entrance to Starbucks is basically closed off with the cones.

Good afternoon.
I apologize for having to leave this review, but unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had this problem with my order.
About 10 minutes ago, I arrived home and discovered that everything I ordered was included except for one burger. This has happened to me several times before, with different items missing from my orders.
Not only did I pay for the missing burger, but one of my family members was also left without their meal. It is especially frustrating to discover this only after getting home.
I kindly ask management to take this review seriously and pay more attention to checking orders before handing them to customers. I hope appropriate steps will be taken so this does not continue happening.
