A fun place for a big family to eat with fair prices—cheaper than McDonald’s! The workers are friendly. Sometimes it’s clean, but it depends on who’s working. But if you ask them to please clean the table, they will do it right away with no problems. It takes about 10 minutes to get five meals (including extras), which is much faster than other restaurants. I really appreciate this place, especially for my deafness and my husband’s. Instead of calling our name out loud when our order was ready, they came to us.

Great atmosphere, and good prices for what you get. The presentation of the food this time just came out like it was just thrown together really quick. Food was good, all a bit salty. Weird part is the cheese fries we ordered just came with a side of cheese to pour ourselves even though the picture wasn’t like that. The burger patties are really thin, so a double burger is great. Prices around $10 for a full meal.
For drinks you get a QR code and have to scan it at the drink machine to unlock the machine.
All ordering is at a kiosk, no waiters
For prices I can’t complain too much, but this location isn’t the best steak and shake I’ve been to.

Thought Id never say it.. But Can't eat Steak and Shake no more. Everytime my family eats there we end up with food sickness.. Ever since the beef tallow switch. Its makes the restaurant stink too... The fires now taste horrible... But seem everytime I taken my family to eat steak and shake we get ill... Never happen till the fries changed.

Food is always great as usual. The only issue I have is the drive-through. When paying with cash, always count your change. Either the cashier doesn't know simple math or is short changing people on purpose. I don't see how they don't know the exact change to give when a cash register is used.😳😳🤔🤔🤔 Just food for thought.

I usually love the bowl of chili but this time it was greasier than normal. The serving size is not consistent at this location. Sometimes you get a full cup and sometimes it's only half full. This particular bowl was much smaller and FULL of grease. For $6 please do better. This was a waste of my money and time.
