Horrible. Placed an online order, received a response that it would be ready for pickup at 3:05 pm, went to pick up by 3:15 pm and they were closed with serval employees on the inside eating what appeared to be my sandwich. After several knocks noone answered and still haven't received any refund. Turned me completely off from the entire establishment. Jersey Mike's better anyway.

This Subway is located in a hospital cafeteria. The sign says it's open from 9AM to 9PM. Since Christmas, I have been there 3 times. All 3 times, the place didn't open until 10:30AM. There was a young man and young woman working there, and when they waited on you, they made it feel like they were doing you a big favor. The sandwiches were average, although the woman made a better sandwich. If Subway is going to have stores in hospitals, they need to understand that there are people who are worried and stressed out, and train their employees to be more empathetic, or at least a little friendlier. Also, don't list the opening time as 9 if you're not going to open until after 10.

Nasty, this one has become so nasty. Always out of everything. How does a subway not have bread. And it's a good thing it is in a hospital that how bad it is you will need to be seen in the er

😮 surprise... the address stated in the subway app was in the hospital cafeteria...
When I called to see where they were located ... they had a hard time explaining ..when the words hospital cafeteria would have been easy to say .. as well as they didnt have my sub ready that I had ordered on the subway app .and this was at 10 am ..Not run well.... Not described well on location
Went in front entrance of hospital had to get a guess sticker and go down 2 hallway to get my sub
What a hassel.

As I was waiting to order my sandwich I heard a strong voice repromanding an employee. At first I thought he (the manager) was just telling a story or something, but then I realized he was disciplining an employee in front of anyone that could hear it, including customers. Not only did the young girl look embarrassed, she was holding back tears and trying to continue to work afterward. Unacceptable! Mr. Manager, if you need to discipline an employee, the front counter is not the place for it! Be professional and take them behind closed doors and WRITE THEM UP RATHER THAN BELITTLE THEM.
