Horrible experience . Indian lady made a mistake yesterday & wouldn’t own up to it today . Yesterday, I was attempting to pre-order for my boyfriend as he works at take five 5 oil change which is in the same plaza as this subway, I told him I found a deal of the day deal, and I was ordering everything he would like for the sandwich as I was trying to order in advance, It would not let me for some reason order online, it kept coming up an error. . Since the app wasn’t working, I told him if he has a few minutes to show the worker the order I sent to him ( I sent to him as a screenshot as i had every topping etc, picked out) and just pay in store IN HOPES NOTHING WOULD BE MESSED UP & I sent him a screenshot of the deal of the day (yesterday It was the philly steak) with the $3 upgraded to a foot-long as well as a Macadamia nut & double chocolate chip cookie (with tax comes out around $10.69) . As he doesn’t have much time because he has to get back to work he didn't realize she didn’t give him the cookies , as he was in a hurry he paid with his card , got the receipt & left . As I asked him for the receipt, once he got home, we discovered, not only did she not ring it under’ The deal of the day’ she rung it as a regular priced Philly foot-long sandwich, she failed to acknowledge the cookies, but, yet charged him for an extra cup drink that he never received. Which the total came out to a whopping $17.30. I called the store last night around 8pm & the male that answered assured me the ‘manager’ will be there 9-5 tomorrow & we would be able to come in for a refund of at-least the difference & hopefully the two cookies she forgot too. She refused any refund & refused that she made any mistake. Although, she never even gave him the drink and could clearly read the deal of the day meal right off of his phone that you could see on your cameras. I will never tell him to get a sandwiches from this dump again.

We've been to this place before and never had a problem. Tonight we came in and the worker had an attitude, felt like we were being rushed, and our sandwhiches were made poorly. I understand being overwhelmed from working by yourself and having a lot to do but that is not an excuse for poor customer service.

#20 elite chicken bacon ranch, there’s literally two pieces of chicken on each of these sandwiches. That is crazy way overpriced more bread than there is anything else will never be back to Subway stick to somewhere else. Anywhere else will be a better decision. When I contacted, they said they don’t have to make it right

My husband and I ordered for a quick dinner there and within an hour of eating his chicken sandwich he is vomiting. Both sandwiches were made very poorly and now my husband can’t keep anything down. We used to love coming here but not anymore.

Employee seemed bother at simple request. Gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there. Unfriendly. Sandwich was sub par due to feeling uncomfortable to ask for anything. I placed an order online didn’t have an option to remove bacon and wanted to ask to remove bacon and also put extra sauce did not ask due to the attitude. Was charged $3.50 to use cubbed chicken instead of rotisserie chicken. Sandwich was dry as barely any condiments.
