I placed an online order for a salad. When I arrived at pick-up time, it wasn't ready. No big deal, I waited. But what I witnessed makes me rethink online ordering. Cross contamination is an issue at this location! I, along with several other customers, witnessed the girl picking food out of containers and putting them in containers with different food items. People have allergies! This is an unsafe practice! Then when she was making my salad, she dropped some of the meat on top of some bottles, instead of throwing it in the trash, she picked it up and placed it on my salad! When I said something to her about it she rolled her eyes and turned away from me. I asked her to cancel the order and she didn't respond. So I left. This is unacceptable on so many levels!

We stopped here late one night after flying in from out of town. There wasn’t really anyone else there in the store but the man that helped us was such a good time. He made the experience 10x better. Whatever he’s getting paid is not enough for the service he provides. If he hated his job I would never know. He was also very good to let us adjust our footlong sandwiches to be different on each side with no hassle.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch online and it was the worst sandwich I ever ate at a subway. The meat was soggy, not a lot of chicken or bacon and very little toppings. The staff is nice but no care is made with your sandwich that costs $16. So disappointed. I would’ve had a better meal for less elsewhere. 2* because the lunch staff is alright.

I downloaded the Subway app and use their BOGO to grab sandwiches. There was an honest mistake that happened with the sandwich, they were very nice and polite about correcting the problem without any fuss. And as usual the food was delicious! And the service that was provided I was very thankful for it. Hudson was amazing dealing with that situation and correcting that for us at the subway in Wesley chapel. I recommend the food, they're quick courteous respectful and attentive.

I must take the time to recognize Detavious (De) at the Wesley Chapel Subway.
As a leadership level business professional, I recognize the importance of positive workplace attitude and pride. De exemplified these qualities from the moment I walked in until I left.
I arrived late in the evening to pick up a couple of subs. Having never been to this location, I was blown away by the cleanliness of this facility, and even more surprised by the sincere smile and genuine greeting by De. We were engaged in great conversation and his pride and attention to detail shined through. He mentioned he strived to do the best job at whatever responsibility he is tasked with - and this was evident.
I hope this Subways Leadership takes the time to recognize De for his superior performance, and invests in his career growth.
I will be driving 20 minutes out of my way to visit this Subway ongoing, and hopefully when De is working.
A+ job, De. You’re an asset to this business.
