My experience at this Subway left much to be desired. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was subpar, with tables that appeared to not have been properly wiped down and a noticeable lack of attention to detail in the food preparation area. The customer service was lacking, as I felt ignored and unacknowledged by the staff during my visit.
In terms of improvements, this Subway would benefit greatly from a thorough deep clean to enhance the dining experience for customers. Additionally, focusing on customer service training for the staff to ensure a more welcoming and attentive atmosphere would go a long way in improving overall satisfaction for patrons. Overall, there is significant room for growth and enhancement at this Subway location. This is by far the absolute worst subway ive ever visited.

I never post negative reviews, I would much rather call, but no one is answering the phone.
Note: Subway has always been a favorite of mine for fresh sandwiches, even when traveling, we would always stop at a Subway, due to quality and their staff.
This is our experience today.
After ordering from the 1st employee (he was fine), 2nd employee took over after toasting of sandwich. This employees’ hair was greasy and dirty, and hanging in her face over the food. Instead of any verbal communication, she just kept looking at us as to what we needed, no verbal communication at all. During this time we had plenty of time to look at the toppings. (Yes, there should’ve been where I walked out). There were two sides, one look fresh and the other one looked like left over, She took from the not so fresh side.
I did notice that the Plastic part where they put the toppings on had not been scraped from the previous sandwiches, as I thought this is their normal procedure. I looked back after our sandwich was done and they hadn’t scraped it off either.
Looking at the toppings again, I noticed how dirty the glass was on the inside of the glass of the toppings. Yes, there was white marks, but it was just the smearing around of whatever grease or film was on the glass.
In addition even where the cookies are held in a separate glass enclosure, the glass on the inside was dirty.
Getting home I did eat a quarter of the sandwich, there is hardly any meat in it, the bread was not fresh and had no fresh bread taste to it.
Again, this is just shocking for me that I went into a subway and it was dirty. I have noticed when we go shopping that the Subway inside Walmart has been empty instead of full like it used to be. And now I know why.

The customer service was the greatest I've ever experienced. There was a blonde, older lady and a middle-aged gentleman with tattoos working (forgive me, I don't know their names) and helped me to the best of their ability. I didn't know that there was a bunch of changes with their flatbread that happened and I only ended up with a wrap when I wanted a sandwich, and they made it right by giving me a sandwich along with my wrap because of my lack of knowledge on what's happened since they've been bought out by Arby's. The kindest people I've ever encountered in customer service by far! Highly recommend eating here if you're ever shopping around in this Walmart!

Literally no meat, a bread sandwich. I got the Philly…Goodness this is sad!!!!
