I usually don’t have many bad experiences in Subway. We placed an online order at this one and it gave us a time it should be ready for pickup. When we got there, the worker said she was behind and it would be a few minutes. We finally got our food about 15-20 after the appointed time. The young guy helping her gave us the drinks half filled for some reason. The food appeared kind of slopped together. Things were falling out in the bag and weren’t wrapped well at all. They were out of straws at noon. Just weird things like someone just doesn’t care about making this place decent. I liked the location of this one but the service and food this time just made it disappointing. Probably won’t be returning to this location again.

I showed up at 8:40. The sign on the door said they closed at 9:00. I went to open the door and it was locked. The guy working looked up at me and practically ran to the back so I couldn’t see him. It’s beyond frustrating for customers to drive to the location for the staff to close 20 minutes before the posted close time. Subway really needs to update the hours if they are going to allow staff to close earlier then what’s posted.

I placed an order online Wednesday night and when I got there there were 5 people waiting and one person working. I waited and watched as the employee did his very best to get all of the 2 go orders and the people waiting taken care of. He was polite and cared about getting all of the orders correct. Thank you Bo for making our dinner so we didn’t have to cook!

New employees are apparently not trained very well. Very slow and shoddy. This place has gone down hill since new owners took over. I realize its somewhat difficult to get good help but its the owners responsibility to see that they are trained and qualified. Obviously this owner doesn't give 2 its.
Poor management! Cant blame the employees if they don't get the proper training and are not held accountable.
