Bought a protein bowl with the rotisserie chicken. Asked for it to be heated up. It was still cold. When I sat down to eat it the chicken tasted stale and was extremely salty. I went back to the counter and expressed my concern the cashier stated the rotisserie is new and about it being salty that’s “just the way it is” 14$ down the drain. Please do not eat from here.

The owners are horrible at this place. Every three subs you buy you're supposed to get a fourth free. I needed 6 inch sub and then my next sub would be free, the woman tells me no it has to be a online order.... Literally I've had no issues no where else... This is the only subway that tries to play games and rip you off... needless to say i didn't pay for that 6inch I left and went to a different subway.. I already bought a sub and half before hand I was doing this to get a sub for my brother and get the free sub for my mother..anyway point is DO NOT BUY ANY FOOD FROM HERE... Not to mention the additude she had..

Of course you can see the difference between advertising and how they really make it.
I asked the guy, “why don’t you make it like the photo”. He said “Because this is how they tell us to make it”. Yet you’re eating so much dried bread.
Their prices are ridiculous compared to what it was and they can’t even make you a quality product.

Yes, it’s inside the hospital. I was admitted not long ago and was extremely hungry from not eating over 24 + hrs. I inquired with my nurse on what I could get that late at night, she said Subway. I can remember when I stayed in a Subway restaurant collecting stamped cards. Many years have passed and things are different. I was blessed to have something in my stomach. I wouldn’t personally visit this location to order.

It is wonderful for both patients and visitors that a Subway can be found inside the Medical Center of Trinity. Not only does it offer an alternative to cafeteria food, it provides food for patients after hours (i.e. those who we're admitted late in the day, etc). The food itself is the typical, high quality fare one would expect from the sandwich chain. I highly recommend.
