I used to really like this Taco Bell location. Friendly staff, food made well, and overall a well run fast food joint. But this place has unfortunately gone downhill. I just waited almost 30 minutes, inside, for my mobile order. It was only after 20-25 minutes that I got a sutble "Are you still waiting for your food?" "Sorry about the wait" from the same employee who "greeted" me. Do better

It's infuriating when you only receive half of what you paid for and what you actually get wasn't cooked properly and was missing the main ingredients. No attempt at even cutting a quesadilla. Everything looked old and sad. I Will be contacting the department of agriculture and consumer services.

It took them 14 min just to give me 3 cups of nacho cheese. And when I said to the employee who gave me my bag, you realize it just took you 14 minutes to give me 3 cups of cheese. He just shrugged his shoulders and walked back over to slowly prepare more food. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!???

It's either an entire item missing or an important factor like idk CHEESE on a nacho bell grande. This location is known for having to back through the drive-through to actually get what you paid for. **** update 3/8/2024 **** 2nd picture says it all. It's almost hilarious, except it's sad.

I don’t typically leave reviews for fast food, but I had the best Taco Bell experience ever here. Candi is an awesome staff member, made my tacos fast and right, and even took the initiative to bring me a water cup to my table. Thank you!
