I will be honest, been coming here for the past 3 years. Lunch time is ok they always forget the sauce idk why. But night times I avoid coming here for sure. Just soo many issue. They always forget a food item. I don’t know what is happening here at night but some management has to get involved
I went in last week they barely added meat into my fiancés wrap and taco and I had to go all the way back just for them to fix it. Remember check your bags for sauce

Worst Taco Bell ever. I don’t know if they’re all this bad, but boycotting til they shape up. First of all nothing in them anymore second of all cracked soggy shells. I mean I could go on and on with our complaints. Whoever the manager is sending food out that people are paying $35 for some tacos and burritos You should be fired.

Everytime they are making mistake in veggie orders. 95% of the time getting beef in a veggie order. Dried beans, uncooked tortillas, poorly assembled pizza. I had to give 1 star because there is no option for 0.

Taco Bell in Land O’ Lakes has become one of my go-to spots for a quick bite. I find myself stopping by often when I don’t feel like cooking! Lol! This location offers a convenient kiosk inside, which makes ordering a breeze. This is especially helpful when I’m in a hurry; I can simply navigate the menu, customize my order, and enjoy my meal without any hassle.
The employees inside are very helpful as well.
I usually use the drive-thru. I appreciate the convenience of being able to grab my food without leaving my car. It’s perfect for those busy days when I just want to enjoy my meal and not deal with getting out.
I also highly recommend downloading the Taco Bell app. Not only does it allow you to check for any ongoing promotions (like their fan-favorite nacho fries), but it also makes ordering ahead super easy.
When it comes to the menu, there’s something for everyone. My kids especially love the cheesy roll-ups as a quick snack, and we can never go wrong with the classic bean burritos or the flavorful enchilada burritos. The crunch wraps offer a nice twist on traditional tacos, and the Mexican pizzas are a consistent crowd-pleaser in our household. For something a little heartier, the steak burritos are a must-try. With so many choices to pick from, it’s easy to satisfy everyone’s cravings.

I've given up on this location completely due the ongoing frustration with inaccurate orders and inept staffing. You should too!
Just downgraded the review from two stars a few months ago to one star now as there is continued decline.
The employees don't even know the contents of the menu items and I'm trying to explain it to them and they insist that they are correct and then the order comes out wrong. Regardless of how few or how many items are in my order. At least one to two items is incorrectly made per order. I now will actively drive to the next taco bell location which is 5 miles further just to avoid using this location.
Look at my picture, should you really eat that as somebody that doesn't eat beef? And this is the second failed correction on the same night so the entire order was already replaced once I'm not even going to bother going back.
