If I could give your manager with pink hair ZERO stars that’s what I would have chosen. No greeting and rude . Walked away from me and started taking drive thru orders. WATCH THE CAMERAS ! Happened about 5 minutes ago ! Worse customer I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant. Definitely need training and to be humbled !

After Thanksgiving shopping, I decided to grab breakfast at Taco Bell near Tampa Premium Outlets before heading home.
From the menu, I ordered a Chalupa Supreme and a Crunchwrap Supreme. The service was quick, and I received my order within 10 minutes.
I started with the Chalupa Supreme, which was okay but not particularly impressive. Unfortunately, the Crunchwrap Supreme was disappointing--it didn't meet my expectations, and I couldn't even finish it. I ended up discarding the food, which was frustrating.

I’m really disappointed with my recent order. I paid nearly $8.00 for a Mexican pizza, and when I opened it, the box was crushed, and all the toppings were stuck on the top of the cover. What I ended up with was just the shells and beans—definitely not what I expected for the price. It’s frustrating when you receive an item in such poor condition, and unfortunately, this experience was far from satisfying.

I have never written a negative review in my life and no one expects much from a Taco Bell. The only thing reason people enjoy it is is it is consistent and hits the spot every time. I have been to this location 4 times since I moved here and each time there is a problem. From their system being down to them running out of meat (which is crazy). But not sure what management/ownership has to do, but doesn’t seem like anyone knows what they’re doing here. That is all…

I don’t try to complain a lot I get it’s fast food, but if I have questions about what comes on an order, I feel like every time I ask, it’s met with some kind of attitude or a rush. And then when I get the food I would like it to be right, but I was missing a taco. I’m gonna put lettuce and tomatoes on a beefy five layer which to my knowledge doesn’t even come with that. I don’t care for the refund. I don’t care to come back just a little more courtesy and maybe spending a little more time with customer.
