I was stuck in the drive thru line for a half hour, and got food that clearly had been made when ordered, not when I eventually got it. Then, it barely had any filling to it.
The staff is so nice, but the food can really be hit or miss. Especially the late night drive thru.

After hours, 60% of the line at the drive through are delivery drivers trying to pick up food. Consider opening a separate path for drivers to pick up food that doesn’t include drive though when it’s at its busiest. Cut your drive though traffic in half and customers can be attended quicker. 20 minute delays are normalized but it’s not all in-person demand.

After waiting 10 minutes in drive through finally went home with food. When I opened my food, they gave me some ones wrong order..I called manager and she said I have to come back to get my order or refund...I did not have any choice so went to tacobell again and guess what...waited half hour just to get my correct food..Manager is so mean..I told her just refund my money and I dont need my food and she said I still have to come through drive through for refund...Havn't seen this tyoe of service and manager in my life...hate this place

My wife is vegetarian, and for a quick bite, Taco Bell is our default place to go. We enjoy their value meal, and I, being a senior, I ask for a complementary drink. Just be aware that all Taco bells are not the same. The one on Busch are chintzy on their portions and fillings.

Everything was great except hearing the manager reprimand her staff right in front off all the customers. I was a manager for taco bell for a good while- this should NEVER happen. Poor staff that she was talking to! I would have been so embarrassed! I went 6/14/24 at roughly 12:45pm
