The Peach Cobbler Factory was definitely calling our name—and our sweet tooth answered loud and clear! 😂
I grabbed a little flight and tried:
• Strawberry banana pudding (my favorite)
• Classic banana pudding
• Original peach cobbler
• Pecan praline peach cobbler
Listen… everything was GOOD good. 👏🏾
Now I will say—the peach cobbler itself isn’t overly sweet, so if you’re someone who likes that extra sweetness, just keep that in mind. BUT babyyy… adding those pecans? Whew… elevated it real nice!
They’ve got plenty of options and toppings too, so you can mix things up however you like and really make it your own.
Only downside—I hate they forgot my brownie-in-a-cup with PB&J 😔… I was looking forward to that one! But it just means I’ve got a reason to come back 😉.
Nevertheless, the staff was awesome and it was a great experience overall.

We recently visited The Peach Cobbler Factory in Land O’ Lakes and had a wonderful experience! There were so many options to choose from, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the ordering system was menu-based, not like an ice cream parlor as we initially expected.
They also offer food truck services for private events, which is a nice touch if you’re planning something special in the area.
The restaurant itself was clean, well-organized, and had plenty of seating for its size. We were able to park easily in a lot with adequate spaces, including handicap spots, and it’s conveniently located near the main road with good lighting.
As for the treats, we tried the peach cobbler, which was delicious, and my daughter requested vanilla ice cream with cheesecake bites. While it wasn’t a menu item, the staff was incredibly accommodating and worked with us to make it happen. We really appreciated their willingness to make sure she got something she would enjoy!
A Couple of Tips:
• If you’re ordering multiple orders of churros, keep in mind that the wait time may be a bit longer since they can only process a couple of churro orders at a time.
• If you want to take ice cream home or have it delivered, they can freeze it extra hard to ensure it stays frozen until you get home.
Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be returning to try more of their offerings. Highly recommend!

Right off the bat we walked in and it smelled amazing. The staff member we talked to was super kind and gave us great recommendations and we ended up getting a flight to split for two of us. We got the caramel apple cobbler, peach cobbler, butterfinger banana pudding, and chocolate chip banana pudding. They were are delicious. The portions in the flight are honestly pretty big for just two people. We will definitely be back and would consider ordering for a party!

I like peach cobbler . This didn't disappoint . Also savory options are good too . Many topping options I hope they open more all over the country
