The taproom is right next to the sizeable brewery. A nice side room for events and several small tables invite you to an extended stay. Bring a designated driver and strike up a conversation with a brewer/bartender about bittering hops, dry hopping, yeast strains, and to get suggestions for your next beer. I thought that one of my beers had an off taste and I was offered a replacement. Good beers, knowledgeable bartenders, and an inviting, although industrial taproom. What else do you need from a brewery?

I stopped by Thirsty Buffalo Brew Factory recently and quickly discovered a serious problem: their chairs are way too comfortable.
I came in planning to have a beer, relax for a few minutes, and then head home. Three beers later, I was still sitting there like a buffalo that had successfully migrated to its final destination and had no intention of moving.
The beer selection is fantastic. Every beer I tried was excellent, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into what they’re brewing. Whether you’re a craft beer enthusiast or someone who just enjoys a good pint, there is plenty to like here.
The atmosphere is equally impressive. It’s relaxed, welcoming, and the kind of place where conversations naturally last longer than expected. Add in those ridiculously comfortable chairs and you’ve got a recipe for accidentally canceling the rest of your evening.
I also appreciate that it feels like a true local brewery. Friendly people, great beer, and an environment that makes you want to come back again and again.
Five stars. I arrived thirsty, left happy, and nearly needed a formal exit strategy to get out of my chair. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for a great spot with a massive selection of unique craft beers, Thirsty Buffalo is a must-visit! I was really impressed by their experimental brews—the Six Miles and I'll Be Your Hickleberry were absolute standouts and unlike anything I’ve tried elsewhere. The bar staff were also very knowledgeable of each beer and were friendly and willing to talk about the beers to make a good recommendation for your specific taste.
Beyond the fantastic tap list, they have a solid food menu with plenty of delicious options to choose from, making it the perfect place to grab a bite while you enjoy a pint. The atmosphere is welcoming and the variety keeps me coming back. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area!

This brew pub has a fun vibe, friendly people, tasty food and good brews. Server was helpful and nice. Food prices seem on par with similar vanues. Beer was higher than expected but I never asked and I bought a sealed pint to go because it was good! I don't go to such places often so I'm sure it's just my frugality speaking.

We had a great experience hosting our monthly Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors meeting at this location. Our server was very attentive, the owners came out to say hi and make sure we were doing well, and the food was great! I highly recommend stopping in!
