yeaaaah, you saw you guys act like a “5 star restaurant”. but on the real, you guys, (MANAGMENT AND CORP.) act cruel to the cashiers, you try to care about tijuana (but flash news: you don’t!) and why is it your problem to lash out on a minor over a count of how many tacos i want? the sweet girl who took my order apologized for her mistake and i understand she was working her hardest, but it doesn’t help that i eat my food and i see her on the side getting a ‘talk’ by management about why she’s not opening the door for people?
Honey. I can open the door for your husband for all I care. But i don’t. Why? cause its not my problem! It shouldn’t be a cashier’s problem to hold someone’s door open while also going through an insane lunch rush with a LINE! You are stressing that poor lady out. And spectating that situation made me never to eat at another tijuana flats again.
and to be fair, all of your food is bland, its probably the reason why your stocks fell down but haha!! not my problem again!!!

Both Addi and Katelyn are PHENOMENAL! They are so kind and attentive regardless of how busy they are, which is always.
Tflats has great food! I am a weekly (daily) returning customer.
The store is always clean and welcoming! Love the Wesley chapel location!

I can’t say enough good things about this Tijuana Flats location! From the moment you walk in or even place an order online, you can tell they really care about their customers.
The staff here is genuinely amazing. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and always in a good mood, which makes the whole experience so much better. It’s rare to find a place where the team consistently goes out of their way to make you feel appreciated, but this location absolutely delivers.
What really stands out to me is their reliability with online orders. Every time I place an order, they tell me it’ll be ready in about 20 minutes, and they actually stick to that. No delays, no confusion, just exactly what they promise. That kind of consistency is a huge plus, especially on busy days when I’m counting on a quick and easy pickup.
On top of that, everything is always fresh, accurate, and prepared just the way I ordered it. They take pride in what they do, both in the kitchen and at the front counter.
If you’re looking for a spot with great food, fast and dependable service, and some of the friendliest staff around, this Tijuana Flats is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

Me and husband wanted tijuana flats sooo bad but when we looked at the clock it was 6 minutes til
Close, we were already on the road so we called and despite someone calling 6 minutes til close Danielle' answered the phone very sweet & nice and shelby was awesome as well them 2 beautiful ladies & the cook had our food made fresh so quick! Always a fun day at TF. Either Tuesday or Thursday. Staff is always super friendly and efficient. I had had a problem ONE time and not only did the MOD fix it, she made it a rememberable experience I try to teach my staff. “It’s not a problem, it’s an opportunity” yadda yadda.
