We've been coming here for years and it's always been great. One huge thing that makes this place great is their employees and their owner seems down to earth. Julie is one of the shining stars. She's always so sweet and personable. She really seems to care about her patrons and is always trying to brighten people's days. Not to mention they have fantastic food and their frappes are fantastic.

My husband and I came for breakfast. 10/10 our food was delicious. He got the cannoli stuffed waffles and I got sausage, egg, and cheese bagel with hash browns. So good. Becca was our waitress and she was super nice. Definitely coming back!

Amazing gem of a restaurant, they have a great menu with different specials, you can tell they use very fresh ingredients. My wife’s grilled cheese was a 10/10 and my steak ciabatta was excellent as well. The service was great, even though they were busy we sat fast and got our food fast. Was surprised to see this place when it didn’t come up on my searches for a lunch spot, they definitely have great lunch options and not just breakfast. Family owned is also a huge win in my book. Will definitely be back!

We visited for breakfast and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. We understand that restaurants get busy, especially on weekends, and we were told there was a chef working who normally does not work weekends. However, despite being seated before several other parties, we received our food significantly later than tables around us that were seated 20 minutes after we were. Service was also lacking. My husband asked for additional coffee creamer and was met with attitude. We never received water refills throughout our meal. When our food finally arrived, we were given an extra biscuit. Rather than simply leaving it at the table, our server took it back, saying we were only supposed to receive two biscuits. It felt unnecessary, especially since it would likely have been discarded anyway. I ordered bacon crispy and it arrived undercooked. I sent it back, but when it returned, I was told it was a fresh order and it was still not crispy. The replacement bacon didn’t arrive until we were nearly finished eating. When the server asked if it was cooked properly, I honestly answered that it wasn’t, but that it was fine because we needed to leave since my husband had to work. Instead of simply addressing the issue, she immediately began blaming the kitchen and how busy they were. At that point, I requested that the bacon be removed from the bill. The server ended up removing my entire meal, which I appreciated. However, when I asked for a box to take home the remaining pieces of my waffle, I was told I could not have a box because the meal had been comped. The situation became even more frustrating when the manager, who introduced herself as the owner’s wife, came over and said she could absolutely provide a box. However, she then took the bacon from my plate and threw it away. What bothered me most was that after throwing away the food, the manager began discussing food costs and seemed to expect us to understand because we mentioned that we also work in hospitality. As people who have worked in the restaurant industry ourselves, we understand challenges with staffing, food costs, and busy shifts. What we don’t understand is poor service, lack of accountability, and arguing with customers after a negative experience. I rarely leave negative reviews because I know how difficult restaurant work can be, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be shared.
