I was craving a burger and found this place in my area on Google. Tenderism! Was my daughters first words after tasting the pulled pork fries. I made sure to save a bite of my sandwich just to enjoy it one more time. The cheesecake empananda with caramel sauce- delicious. The wings were also savored to enjoy another round đ the chef also had good energy and personality. Very good customer service being front and back house on a cold night. I would definitely check him out again!

I was in the area for work and am.so glad that the GPS pointed me the direction of this food truck. I honestly was impressed with the location and the owner was so friendly and hospitable ans even gave me an order of coconut curry rangoon to try as I was leaving!!! I'll definitely be going back whenever I'm in the area and can't wait to try the wings and anything else he has on the menu!!!

UPDATE: I updated my rating because the burger was delicious and if you get it there, it's cheaper than listed on Google maps or UE. Also, I've never been a fan of pretzel buns but this was by far the BEST pretzel bun I've ever eaten. â¤ď¸
SECOND UPDATE: I ordered again from UE (3rd pic) The burger was insanely flavorful! If you're looking for a deliciously different, messy (in all the best ways) burger, give it a try. The fries were slightly soggy but nothing 2 min in the airfryer couldn't fix.

My boys and I really enjoyed the Rapture at Ubuntu Food truck! The beef and cheese empanadas were a hit as well! We also enjoyed the Parmesan wings. Everything is hot, and the wings were crispy. The only downside is the limited seating. The space was clean and the service is very friendly.

Some friends and I were in Orlando for a few days and were referred to Ubuntu by friends back home in Boston, who told us we had to stop by this food truck. The weather wasnât the best and we had some time to kill, so we took the hour-and-a-half drive to St. Peteâand let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint. As soon as we stepped out of the car, the music alone set the tone for good vibes and a welcoming atmosphere.
As we approached, there were a few people in line ahead of us, so we took our time looking over the menu. While we were deciding, you could hear the ding of DoorDash orders going off like crazy (definitely a good sign). When it was our turn to order, we were greeted by the owner and mastermind behind it all, Ray. Ray was very personable and outgoing, answering any questions we had and offering great suggestions. He was truly a jack of all trades and handled everything like a rockstar.
While we waited, we sat at one of the wooden tables and chatted with other customers, who had nothing but great things to say. There was also a nice selection of drinks, ranging from soda and water to beer and even shots of tequila.
To start, we ordered the Loaded Pulled Pork Fries. The pork was extremely tender and juicy, having been perfectly smoked for nine hours. It was served over a plethora of fries and topped with BBQ sauce and their house-made sauce. You definitely couldnât stop at just one biteâbut we had to save room for more.
First on our list was the famous Rapture Sandwich, which earned a solid five stars across the board. Made with shaved ribeye steak, bacon, pepper jack cheese, and Ubuntuâs special house-made sauce on a pretzel bun, the flavors complemented one another perfectly. Unanimously, this was one of the best steak sandwiches weâve ever had.
Next up were the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders, and OH MYâlet me tell you! These tenders were chefâs kiss. They were cooked to the perfect crispness, and the sauce was out of this world. I have never tasted garlic parm like this before. Honestly, this was one of my personal favorites.
After that, we tried the Take a Bao sandwiches. You can choose between pork or dynamite chicken, and we went with the chicken. The bao buns were like biting into a cloudâthey were unbelievably soft. The chicken was marinated flawlessly and topped with cilantro and black sesame seeds. Definitely a go-to item.
Ubuntu also offers a variety of vegan options. The Impossible Empanadas were superbâyou would never guess they were vegan. They were cooked to a golden brown, crispy, and full of flavor.
If I didnât live in another state, I would have ordered one of everything on the menu to take home for everyone to try. I highly recommend making a stop at Ubuntuâtrust me, youâll be glad you did. This place is truly off the charts!
To the staff at Ubuntu, I wish you continued success and encourage you to keep striving for excellence.
