The sushi was outstanding. The rainbow roll was incredibly fresh, with perfectly sliced fish and great balance of flavors. The coconut shrimp roll was just as impressive—crispy, slightly sweet, and super unique. Both rolls were beautifully presented and tasted even better than they looked.
The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything came out quickly and exactly right. You can tell they take pride in both the food and the service.
If you’re looking for high-quality sushi with great flavor combinations, Umami Sushi is definitely worth a visit. I’ll absolutely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Umami Sushi is a solid spot with fresh, high-quality fish and well-made rolls. The salmon and tuna taste clean, and the specialty rolls are flavorful without being overdone. The vibe is modern and relaxed, and service is quick and helpful. Prices are a bit high, but the quality makes it worth it. sushi is gone because its that good.

I had an amazing experience at Umami Sushi! I decided to try the Out of Control sushi roll along with the Dale Mabry roll, and both were absolutely incredible. The flavors were bold, fresh, and perfectly balanced—every bite lived up to the name “Out of Control” in the best way possible.
I also ordered the steak & shrimp hibachi, and it did not disappoint. The steak was tender and cooked just right, the shrimp were juicy and flavorful, and everything was seasoned to perfection. You can tell they really care about quality and presentation here.
The service was top-tier, the atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the food came out quickly. Overall, a 5-star experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Chose this over the many other sushi options for dinner on our vacation and we were NOT disappointed! Food was delicious and very friendly staff. Sake flights were the bomb!

We had a great time at Umami! We went on a Friday evening, so it was very busy, but the atmosphere was still really pleasant and welcoming. The staff were all friendly, and the food came out quickly.
The service made the whole night, Jacqueline was amazing. She knew the menu so well, gave great recommendations, and everything she suggested was a hit for our table of five.
We all had a great time and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!
