I stopped by Vallarta’s recently and committed one of my favorite acts of rebellion: eating tacos when it wasn’t Tuesday.
Some people live dangerously. I order tacos on random weekdays.
As expected, the tacos were outstanding. Fresh, flavorful, and exactly the kind of meal that makes you wonder why you ever eat anything else. I paired them with a Modelo because some combinations are simply too perfect to argue with.
The atmosphere here is always welcoming, the service is friendly, and every visit feels like a mini vacation that somehow fits into a lunch break. It’s the kind of restaurant where you walk in planning to have a quick meal and leave wondering if you should cancel the rest of your plans and order another round.
The chips and salsa should probably come with a warning label because once you start, all concepts of moderation disappear. I told myself I would only have a few chips. The chips and I had different goals.
Great food, great drinks, and a consistently enjoyable experience every time I visit.
Five stars. The tacos were excellent, the Modelo was cold, and not once did anyone ask to see proof that it was actually Taco Tuesday.

We absolutely love Vallartas! It’s our go-to spot whenever we’re craving Mexican food. The portions are huge, the ingredients always taste fresh, and the service is consistently friendly and accommodating. A huge shout-out to their salsa, it’s perfectly garlicky, smooth, and flavorful. If you’re a vegetarian, you have to try the Vegetarian Quesadilla, it comes with a massive side of beans, rice, pico, guacamole, and sour cream. Beyond the standout Vegetarian Quesadilla, Vallartas offers a fantastic range of dedicated vegetarian and vegan dinners that ensure you’ll never run out of options. Whether you are craving a hearty classic like their bean burrito and cheese enchilada combos, or something more unique like the potato-stuffed burritos and taquitos, the menu is impressively thoughtful. They even cater to plant-based diets with items like vegan chorizo tacos and quesadillas, along with fresh, veggie-packed fajitas. It is clear they put genuine effort into their vegetarian offerings, making it easy for everyone in your group to find a filling and flavorful meal.
You’ll definitely be taking leftovers home for lunch the next day! Highly recommend, 10/10.

Food was hot and fresh. Nice large parking area and plenty of seating. Staff was friendly. If I had one complaint it was that the rice and beans were a little bland, otherwise everything was delicious!

The inside is super festive. Our waiter seemed like he was supposed to leave an hour ago and was quite annoyed. The horchata is delicious. As for the food, it was good. Some of the things came out cold, which they did fix. The fajitas were good and definitely shareable. The beans and eggs lacked flavor. They have a fantastic tequila selection and some upscale bourbons.

The atmosphere is really cute and I enjoy all of the art and lighting. Our server was very attentive and quick with ordering and refills. Chips were put on the table before our butts hit the seats. Also brought lids for sauces to go without having to ask. The Appetizer was the Pablano Dip. Recommend if you enjoy queso and Chorizo. The food showed up very quickly and was hot. All veggies were tender and flavorful. The Deluxe burrito was filling and delicious.
