If a restaurant is going to automatically charge you 18% gratuity, they should at least make sure they have more than one server and that they’re not rude. I had an empty drink my entire meal and it took over 15 minutes to flag down someone for the bill. The host took care of our table more than our actual waitress did and ended up bringing our boxes and to go drinks. I told him I wanted our tip to go to him instead of our waitress. When she overheard that, she became super defensive, started arguing with me, ripped my card out of my hand and dropped it on the table when she was done. The food is good, but not good enough to deal with the attitude and horrible service.

Dom is usually my server. My brother and I have breakfast here at least twice a week. Dom is the best. Great service and hospitality. Makes you feel welcome. The food is great as well. Consistency between the quality of my meal and excellent service. I appreciate it very much.

Been about a half dozen times to this location and the location could use a little touching up here and there. But service and the food has consistently been good!! I enjoy the customer rewards program VI offers as well. We will continue to come back!

The food is consistently delicious and filling even when ordering delivery like I tend to do.
The new apple cider pancakes are sooo good. My CFS skillet is always FIRE. Thank you VI cooks! (Hopefully still Ali)

Updated: 3rd time here today in a few months and got Melani who we had the first time as we didn’t see her name tag the first time. She’s amazing. Very sweet, attentive and friendly. We appreciate you!!

First time here in a long time.
We were greeted by the manager within seconds of arriving who seated us. Our server was very sweet and attentive. Our orders came out exactly as ordered with a few extra modifications 🤦🏻♀️
The restaurant and bathroom was very clean.
When we left we were talking to the manager who ensured we enjoyed our meals and our orders were correct.
We will definitely be back more often!!
