Do not come to this location. I ordered two bowls one sausage and one steak. They did not cook the food how I requested after asking how I want it. Then we found a hair in my wife’s bowl. Third or fourth time I’ve come and not once has the food been right

First time trying wafflehouse and it was a great experience. Staff was friendly and price volume was great. Tried the all star meal and everything was great american fare. Didn't see a fight but had good food.

This was my first time visiting Waffle House, and it was an amazing experience! Our server, Autum, was absolutely the best. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked on us throughout our meal, made sure we had everything we needed, and always had a smile on her face.
Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find these days. Thank you, Autum, for making our first visit such a great one. We will definitely be coming back because of your outstanding service. Highly recommend this Waffle House!

The waffles here are truly delicious and definitely the highlight of the experience. They are perfectly cooked, soft on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside, and full of flavor. You can tell that care goes into the food itself, and that’s something I genuinely appreciate. If I were rating based only on the taste and quality of the waffles, this place would easily earn a very high score.
Unfortunately, the service does not match the quality of the food. The staff lacks friendliness and warmth, which makes the overall experience feel a bit uncomfortable. Hospitality plays a big role when dining out, and a welcoming attitude can make a big difference. In addition, they do not refill coffee, which is disappointing, especially when you expect that kind of basic service in a breakfast or brunch setting.
Another issue is that everyone always seems to be in a rush. While I understand that restaurants can get busy, the atmosphere feels hurried rather than attentive. It gives the impression that customers are being processed instead of being cared for.
Overall, the waffles are excellent and worth trying, but the service needs significant improvement to truly make this place enjoyable. It’s a very small place...

Very rude patrons…I opened the door for an older (white) guy to allow him to come before me (younger black guy). He just looked at me and walked out 😑.
The customer service was horrendous; didn’t know which line to stand in to order. Was finally told to stand in one line and then told by someone else to shift back over smh.
Got to the counter and watched numerous (white) women and men walk right past as if I wasn’t standing at the counter 😂!
I walked out. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
This place is a joke and the message is clear:
If you’re Black, stay away from Waffle House in Wesley Chapel, Fl.
It’s still 1952 in there.
