The grilled ranch chicken wrap (combo #5) has had me coming back to Wendy’s. Tonight I had to wait at the mic for 4 minutes to place my order. Then when I get my wrap, the chicken is old reheated and tough. Couldn’t eat it… it’s a shame when a business can’t get out their own way.

The attendant taking orders was so high that she couldn't function to take orders, operate the register, and stuck her hand in my drink cup before handing it to me. She kept picking up the phone when it would ring and put it back down without answering. I've never had a great experience at this location, but this was hands down the absolute worst.

Dining room has been closed for over a month now. Ate in parking lot. No spoons, crackers for 2 chilis ordered. Ohh no butter for a baked potato even. Ok finished by going back to drive thru window asking for those items which made cars upset. Then after no garbage facilities for the trash from order. Ridiculous an to think I was a manager for Wendy's years ago with pride! How sad this is what happens to these franchises in wrong hands. It shows

Placed an order on the app and got to the location 1 minute after it was to be ready. Get told by an employee sitting outside smoking the dining room was closed. I went through drive thru and waited over 15 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready when I got there. While in the drive thru there were people being served in the dining room I was told was closed.
This store has gone downhill so badly. I live close so it's convenient but after today I won't be back. Drove 12 hours home from vacation and ordered online to make it easy. Needless to say I could shopped, cooked and eaten by the time I got my food.

Possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had… I pulled up to the window to start my order and the employee in the black hoodie was instantly hostile. When I pulled up to the window, he scurried away like a little rat, afraid to face the customers he had just been rude to. This location sure knows how to hire great employees!
