I was the only person in the drive thru. Took them almost 10 minutes to get me my food. Fries, cold. Nuggets, cold. Soda, tastes like they ran out of syrup (u know). JBC, cold. Sauce, missing from bag. And I did not get a receipt. The Wendy's on Gulf To Bay recently closed out of nowhere. Literally there one day, gone the next. Idk what's going on with Wendy's, wouldn't be surprised if this location shut down. Corporate needs to reign in ok these stores and pay their employees more so they care about their jobs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just got off from a long shift at the hospital and decided to come to Wendy’s for a 4 for $4. I was the only person in the drive thru and I was greeted with an AI. I requested to speak to a person to which they responded “we will be right with you.” That was okay. What wasn’t okay was when I was given a hamburger with hard bread, a drink with no ice, and the incorrect dipping sauce. I swung back around. I told the kid that the bread was hard on my sandwich and that I would like a sweet and sour sauce. He said “the sauce is 0.50” I said “I was given a honey BBQ instead of a sweet and sour” he proceeds to ask for the BBQ sauce back which I wasn’t objecting to and then walked back to the kitchen to discuss my sandwich. He came back to the window and clarified how I wanted my sandwich made. After I confirmed it, he said “that is how we made it.” Which had nothing to do with the fact that the bread was hard so I reiterated that there wasn’t anything wrong with the contents put into the sandwich, just that the bread was hard. He had another sandwich made. This time the bread was soft and the sandwich was made incorrectly. AND I still did not get my sauce. Never coming back. Worst fast food experience ever. Customer service is extremely lacking and the staff member seemed like he was high.

Disappointed!! Three staff members saw me and ignored me, then I heard check the front. I was using my reward for a free 10 piece nugget as advertised on mobile phone just to get home to see Adrian deducted only 2.00 .. worst experience ever… plus he said my order was ready! Then in the background I believe the cook says she needs her other bag! Worst customer service!!!!

I waited from start to when I got my order on Sunday over twenty minutes. I am guessing they are short staffed due to the wait time. From the window I saw a manager and the Drive thru worker.
I had a salad. There was a lot of chicken on it, some of which was dried out. Looked and tasted the same. Other than the dried pieces of chicken, the rest of the salad was delicious. Very filling. The baked potato was huge and very good with the sour cream on the side.
Things happen I do understand and I will visit again, but this was a late afternoon Sunday and not a lunch r supper rush.
Thank you to the young man on the window for being so nice.

Absolutely the dirtiest restaurant I have been to. The drink station was completely unsanitary. The hall to the restroom reeked of urine and I have no doubt those toilets were last flushed a week ago.
