The pretzel burger was good. The french fries with cold hard and seemed to be double fried. The sandwich maker was texting on her phone and did not go wash her hands just threw gloves on. Putting on gloves doesn't replace washing your hands. The restaurant was not clean.

Convenient location with great service. Visit occasionally with our family and always receive pleasant service. On one occasion I forgot to order a chicken sandwich plain and they promptly fixed the issue! Highly suggest using the Wendy’s app for great special offers. Order ahead or use in store! Location is always clean!

Love their salads but more so love their app with the $2 off a salad or $3 off $15 when I want to have two salads in a day.
The new management team is very respectful and helpful. Minor mix up with the order and he was very apologetic and took care of the issue within seconds.

I visited your restaurant on Saturday, October 26th at around 2pm with 3 children after my nephew's baseball game. It was a terrible experience.
I ordered three kids’ meals, expecting each meal to be packed individually so I could simply hand them to each child. Instead, their food was spread across three bags, with items tossed in randomly – creating a messy, confusing situation. And to top it off, not a single toy was included in any of the kids' meals. No explanation, no apology – just absent.
I realized that I hadn't ordered enough food. I asked for an extra burger at the counter, only to be met with hostility. The server’s tone was unkind and aggressive, making it clear to me and everyone else in earshot that I hadn't ordered this burger. I was completely stunned by her tone. I thought that, clearly we were having a misunderstanding. I immediately agreed that I had not ordered this burger but I still needed it and would pay for it right then, but her surly tone continued. She even snapped at me about what I wanted on the burger, as if this was some huge inconvenience. (I wanted everything except cheese - no big deal)
If I hadn't promised Wendys to the kids, I would have left everything and walked out. I cannot remember the last time I felt so disrespected as a customer. This experience has left me incredibly disappointed, and I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.
