The manager had him hopping, he's a great manager. I believe his name was Ivan or ivory. Everyone works well as a team.

Obviously the owner/GM does not care about his/hers business as he/she does not even take time out of their day to respond to reviews, even to unsatisfied customers who spend money there so they can just collect a check. Always something wrong every-time, I’ve tried this Wendy’s multiple times over the past 5 years cause it is close to my house, save your money and your time just go to the one on little road it’s the worth the drive. It’s not like one or two items missing it’s multiple items time after time.

I've waited more than 30 minutes to get my food on a 30 minutes break!
And this is the 2nd time.
This is a drive thru order.
When i came inside nobody knows what going on.
I don't really leave bad review but this is my typing at the parking lot while waiting on my food.
Don't ever come to this Wendy's

I come to this Wendy's a few times a week to pick up food for my Mom. She's in a nearby nursing home, under Hospice care. The woman who usually takes my orders is quite possibly the most unpleasant, unfriendly, detached person I've ever dealt with in my life. She never says thank you.
I order the same things almost every time. I always ask for light ketchup and mayo, yet the burger comes soaked in condiments. Today's baked potato came with a few tiny pieces of bacon (see photo).
The employees at this store need retraining at the very least. I have no idea what I spent because they never tell me and I never receive a receipt.

DO NOT go to this Wendy’s. 15 minute Wait in drive-thru line with only 2 cars in front of me. Got up to the order kiosk and the girl tells me, “there will be a moments wait”. Five minutes later, I say hello into the speaker, and she responds, “you can order anytime”, as if she had totally forgot there was somebody at the drive-through waiting to order. And I can hear a lot of laughing and goofing around inside. After placing my order, she tells me to drive up to the second window to pick up my order, The other two cars are gone, so I’m the only one in line. I ask her what is going on with the long delay, she didn’t have an answer. I told her that the delay was horrible and that all I could hear on the speaker was them goofing off inside. She didn’t like hearing that and started getting very mouthy with me and then her supervisor Kim also got very mouthy with me. The people at this Wendy’s do not want to work, they only want to goof off. They don’t care about their customers or how long they’re waiting in line. They don’t know the first thing about good customer service. Again, I repeat, DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDY’S.
