Walked in and immediately smelled the mold 😷.. Look up in the vestibule and can see it on the ceiling tiles. Smell is horrid. Food was ordered at kiosk and says cups are at the drink machine. They are not. Asked for cup and told the person my order number. Stood there for 15 seconds staring at me until I repeated myself for a second time and asked once again for a cup that goes with my meal.
Once I got the cup and got to my table, decided to get my hands washed before eating, turned handle and attempted to walk in the door to find it was locked with a sign that says ask for keys.
Had to go to someone again wait around finally ask for keys and then be escorted to the restroom with them unlocking then opening the door standing in the middle of it pointing to a toilet saying "there ya go sir" while waiting on me to enter. How awkward and weird. Like I'm a 5 year old getting permission to go "potty" 😂
Food comes out and is luke warm. Fries steaks at 2pm and burger was bad. Bacon tough and chewy as if it sat out. Burger was cold.
Asked for dine in and was put into a to go bag. When I mentioned it they said we don't do dine in trays. (Too lazy to use and clean I guess).
Horrible experience and unfortunately this is an ongoing situation at multiple Wendys locations. Saddest part is, when it's a good location the food is excellent and beats all but burger king.
Wendy's is gonna lose customer base if they don't get squared away

I’m leaving this 1-star review with genuine concern, not just frustration. I truly hate to post something like this, but after this visit I’m worried about basic food and beverage safety. I also have QSR/restaurant ownership experience, which makes this even more concerning.
We were charged for two sweet teas, then told at the drive‑thru window they were out. Instead of clearly communicating what beverages were actually available, we were walked through options only to be told none of them were available, yet we were still charged for the teas. We were then given a large water cup, and after one sip it tasted strongly like chemicals/cleaning solution.
The food quality was also very disappointing: the potato wedges were cold and the portion was noticeably short. Most concerning, the biscuit egg and cheese sandwich appeared old (rubbery egg), the bottom portion of the biscuit was missing, and there was a hair sticking out of it.
I’m pregnant, and shortly after I started feeling unwell, which has me genuinely worried for my health and the safety of my unborn child.
I kept my receipt and would simply like a refund. I didn’t immediately drive back to the store because I had to get to work and the location was out of the way, and given how the drive‑thru and phone were handled, I wanted to call first to avoid additional time, stress, and another unnecessary trip. I called and left two voicemails, but no one returned my call. I would appreciate a response from a manager or customer care as soon as possible.

Picked up burgers with fries and when we got home found our large fries to have one barely filled halfway and one just under full. What’s the point of getting large fries if the two large fries could MAYBE make 2 mediums. The barely half full large fries sends me with the incompetence and probably more laziness than anything. I’ve worked in FF in my youth and it doesn’t take a genius to fill the fries! Also the salads have shrunk significantly from the past and is barely worth what is being charged: Do better.

This is absolutely the worst Wendy's in Pasco. I avoid this Wendy's at all costs, but was on my way home from a long shift at 7am and figured I would give them another shot.. Won't make that mistake again. The sandwich was soggy, the Cinnabon was hard as a rock, they have the AI and the staff was rude (I get it, but I am actually really overly nice).. Go to the McDonald's next door....

I dont know why I keep giving wendys a try. Yes it tastes the best out of the fast food places how ever they can never get an order right no matter what location you go to. I am sick and feel like im going to throw up after getting what tasted like rotten cheese not once but twice. I ordered the baconator fries and a regular coke. I got a cherry coke a spoon (because apparently im supposed to eat cheese fries with a spoon not a fork) and fries where the cheese on top was still cold and the cheese on the bottom tasted spoiled. I went back through told them and they replaced it because they REFUSED to refund it. Said I have to call customer service who mind you is closed at 9pm when im dealing with this. I get the new food and its just as gross. I go through again and tell them its gross and the manager tells me "dont come back then" okay. Don't you worry. I NEVER will come back to your rotten cheese establishment with lack of customer service where the managers hair was so greesey it looked like he dunked his head in the fryer again!
