My son begged us to go to Wendy’s for a meal as he was excited about the “frosty toy” that came with the kids meal. He’s 9, the kids meal isn’t enough to fill him up. I made him get the adult meal assuming they would give him a toy ($9.99 meal of 10 chicken nuggets vs $4.39 kids meal). They won’t. Requested the manager and was told “you want the toy buy another kids meal”. Needless to say they aren’t very kid friendly, son was quite upset. Most unprofessional manager out there, would definitely find a different restaurant to eat.

This is the slowest Wendy's in the world. Told the car in front of me to look over the menu and came back to take the order 8 minutes later with only 3 cars in front of them. Who needs to look over the menu it has been the same for years? Tell the man on the mic you do not need to look over the order and some lady comes on the speaker telling you that you do not have to be rude. If she does not like her job then leave do not take out your problems on the public. Went in Publix bought hamburger and buns , started a fire and cooked my own hamburger look over and the car that was in front of me just made it to the window.

The lady working the drive thru at 3pm on 7/5/24 had an attitude at the speaker with every answer. From us asking what kind of sauce there was for the nuggets she said “whatever sauce you want”. Then when we got to the window we asked for some ketchup for the fries and some of the chili packets. She gave us a nasty look and said “ask for that in the drive thru” with an attitude. She should not be working with people or be the face of the drive thru. Never smiled or greeted us. Just gave us our stuff and had an attitude. Our order was simple just two chicken sandwiches and fries. Not a big order or anything. Next time I’ll record the interaction as we go to this location often it’s down the street.

I did a mobile order while standing on front of the restaurant, went in and washed my hands, and when I went up to the counter, the young man at the counter was friendly, as he greeted me and asked what he could do for me. I told him I had a mobile order, it was already made. I sat down in the nice, clean dining area, and as I opened my bag and took my food out, I noticed the my fries were fresh and hot and my sandwich was well prepared, not slapped together, or not portioned correctly. They did a fantastic job, and I wish that I would've walked up to the counter to say so.
