The wanting was too long. Doesn’t matter if I ordered 20 or 6 wings. But then the serving was great ! They gave me free drinks and was really polite and make sure everything that I wanted because I asked for sauce on the side and they said then it’ll be plane wings . Thank you for all that and i will be back!

Wingstop is a nationwide chain, and your managers or executives really need to pay more attention to efficiency. For such a simple fast food model, your order preparation rate is even slower than that of fine dining restaurants. Please train your staff properly and consider investing more to motivate them. Your food is genuinely good, but every time I come to pick up an order, it’s a frustrating experience — a waste of time, and it’s disheartening to see the staff working so sluggishly. If another place comes along with similar food but better efficiency, you’ll lose your market. Seriously, think about it. It’s truly disappointing.

Wing stop was absolutely packed, however..all of the staff were very sweet, and attentive. Hard at work. Would recommend! They worked very well under pressure. :)

Our order came with already-eaten wing bones. Please avoid this location — we received wings that had clearly been eaten. Check the attached images.
This was one of the worst experiences we've had. I reached out to complain, and while they said they’d look into it, nothing ever came of it.
