I got three tacos, pastor, steak, and chicken. The tacos were handheld and stuffed to the gills with protein! It seems like these guys have done the Restaurant business before because there was plenty of signage and explanation of each dish.
I wanted to try the Lomo Saltado (flamed meat) but they didn't have any when I visited for lunch today.
I will definitely be back, great place to grab a taco.
The only downside is there is nowhere to eat at a table.

Wow what a real nice surprise. Needed lunch while in the area, so stopped by. The owner doesn’t speak much English, but my spanish got me through. Was told 15 mins for food, which was only bc the birria takes a bit longer. Tacos came out fast, and man they’re all very good. There’s a lot of the menu items like the lomo Saltado or empanadas or peruvian items, or most of the juice flavors that weren’t available, but hey, the tacos and birria and juice were all very flavorful. What a surprise.

Come for the flavor. It's a good food truck in front of the gas station. They have a Taco Tuesday special. The meat was tender juice and flavorful. It was love at first bite.

Today, I stumbled upon a true hidden gem in the most unexpected place: a food truck at a gas station. This spot serves some of the best fusion flavors I’ve had in a long time, and I can’t recommend it enough.
First, the birria patacón: an absolute masterpiece! It’s crispy, juicy, and bursting with flavor, perfectly balanced in every way. Honestly, it’s the best birria patacón I’ve ever tried. The combination of traditional Mexican birria with the Latin twist of plantains and seasonings is simply spectacular.
Then there’s the mega salchipapa: enormous, loaded, and filled with little touches that elevate it beyond the ordinary. Every bite is a flavor-packed explosion of textures and tastes. It’s more than just a typical salchipapa—it’s a feast.
To top it all off, the natural juices are heavenly. Fresh, refreshing, and with that homemade feel that only a place like this can deliver. They’re the perfect

Salchipapas baby! Been craving some salchipapas and this place hit the spot. Really close to Colombian style, but every place is different. The cheese was melty and the salchicha was crisp! I ordered the one with the steak added. Recommend! Good people, friendly
